We got the call about our little sweetie on August 14, 2008. Yes, we were initially stunned (read here if you'd like), but now are excited (slight understatement) and grasping on to the truth that God has given us this privilege and responsibility to parent another of His children.

Crazy that it's been a whole year...though I understand how fast time flies as we met our Bereket exactly one year ago today..

Oh what a dolly she is! It has been such a blessing to see you true walk by faith for the adoption of this sweet blessing! I will be praying that she gets to come home to her forever family soon!
